PIC: LeAnn Rimes Performs at VH1 Save the Music Post-Treatment

LeAnn Rimes is back to focusing on her music.

Despite having entered an in-patient treatment facility for anxiety and stress late last month, the country singer has been keeping up with her work obligations.

Rimes, 30, attended VH1 Save The Music Foundation's Songwriters Music Series Thursday night in Napa, California. The blonde beauty posed for photographers in a casual animal-print top that she paired with tall tan pumps.

"I am thrilled to be a part of the VH1 Save The Music Foundation's Songwriters Music Series," Rimes previously said of performing. "Music is such an important part of my life and I'm happy to help spread awareness about the incredible work VH1 Save The Music is doing to keep music education programs in our schools. I look forward to a great show!"

This isn't the first performance for Rimes since entered treatment. She performed on Sept. 7 at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. "I'm on a plane headed to see all my fans in Wisconsin tonight!" Rimes wrote in a blog post titled "Back At It!" before her show.

After Rimes decided to get help, her rep told Us Weekly she was in treatment to "learn and develop coping mechanisms" for stressful situations. But a source close to Rimes and her husband, Eddie Cibrian, told Us, "LeAnn has had major insecurity issues since she first got together with Eddie [in 2009]." At the time, Cibrian was still married to Brandi Glanville and Rimes was still married to chef Dean Sheremet.

"She's been stressed about always being called a home-wrecker and also worried that Eddie is cheating on her," the insider explained. "She's been on a downward spiral."
