Robert Plant may have a clean schedule for a possible Led Zeppelin reunion next year, but the singer has his eye on 2013 first. Plant has set his first U.S. dates for the year and will play the inaugural JamBase Live Festival at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington. According to UltimateClassicRock.com, Plant will perform with his band, Sensation Space Shifters, at the July 5th and 6th gathering. Other acts at the festival include Robert Randolph and the Family Band and Bruce Hornsby and the Noisemakers.

Plant has also put his support behind the Bell Community Buyout, an effort to raise money to rescue a venue called the Bell in Bath, U.K from closure. "For the last 10 years or so many of my musical adventures have been with friends from Bristol and Bath, so I’m fully aware of the Bell and its legacy and its contribution to the musicians and audience in the surrounding area," said Plant. "To me, the Bell is a crucial and integral venue and a great window into the world of music and entertainment in the West Country."
Last month, Plant hinted that he'd be open to a Led Zeppelin reunion next year. "[Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones] are Capricorns. They don't say a word. They're quite contained in their own worlds and they leave it to me," he said. "I'm not the bad guy . . . You need to see the Capricorns – I've got nothing to do in 2014."
