In this Women Who Rock clip, rocker Grace Potter gushes about Beyoncé, whose versatility and fearlessness she finds admirable. 

"She's the whole package," says Potter, who records and tours with her backing band the Nocturnals. "She has a spirit to her that is completely fearless but also vulnerable, and she embraces her femininity without ever seeming to be pandering."

In early June, Potter came in to Rolling Stone's studio to discuss her fourth record, The Lion the Beast the Beat, which features a production credit from the Black Keys' Dan Auerbach. You can watch a video of her talking about the process of producing the album here.
