FILE - This Jan. 10, 2006 file photo shows rapper Beanie Sigel arriving at court in Philadelphia. Sigel, born Dwight Grant, has been arrested on weapon and drug charges near Philadelphia. Troopers say Sigel was in a car pulled over for a traffic stop early Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, on Interstate 95 in Tinicum Township. Police say they found a gun in the car's console.
