Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real perform at TRI Studios

Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real jammed out at Bob Weir’s TRI Studios tonight for an intimate crowd and Yahoo! Music streamed it live! Moving original songs, classic rock covers, and killer guitar licks were plentiful during the almost three-hour set. Lukas’ kid brother Micah Nelson live painted during most of the show, and later joined the band for a few songs—can’t deny those musical Nelson genes!
