Nissan Live Sets ("NLS") is a concert series which differentiates itself from other music series by focusing on top-tier talent from a diverse array of musical genres. NLS features one-of-a-kind performances in front of a live audience, where fans are encouraged to participate in live Q&A sessions, blog about their experience, and take photos using Flickr-enabled phones, which can be uploaded to photo galleries on the site. Taking place in a custom-built sound stage equipped with the latest digital video and audio technology and displaying design elements inspired by Nissan models, the series was inaugurated in November of 2006 with Christina Aguilera. In September of 2007, Nissan and Yahoo! collaborated with MHD, MTV's Networks' Music High Definition channel, to be the first companies to show high definition web content on television. The mission of Nissan Live Sets is to continue to deliver unique, Hi-Def musical entertainment to music fans who can enjoy what looks and sounds like a front-row experience – in front of their computer screen or in their own living rooms.
See Wallflower Jakob Dylan's solo career bloom, as he hits the Live Sets stage on May 15.
