Lonestar Performs Military Concert For CMT

(5/16/03, 12 p.m. ET) -- Lonestar will perform a concert for the military and their families in New York Harbor over Memorial Day weekend, which will be taped for a CMT special. Lonestar: Concert For The Military will be telecast on the cable network on June 29 at 8 p.m. ET.
CMT personality Katie Cook will host the show from The Intrepid, a ship which has been declared a National Historic Landmark after completing three tours of duty during the Vietnam conflict.
Lonestar's current single, "My Front Porch Looking In," continues to climb the country singles charts. The song is the debut single from the group's upcoming album, Greatest Hits - From There to Here, scheduled for release on June 3.
