(6/10/03, 5 p.m. ET) -- Puddle Of Mudd is done recording the follow-up to its successful major label debut album, Come Clean. The band will start the mixing process for Life On Display with Andy Wallace, who also mixed the first record.
Guitarist Paul Phillips wrote on the band's official website, puddleofmudd.com, "Well, the record is finally done. I'm sure that everyone was beginning to wonder if that was ever gonna happen. We were too. Anyway, Andy Wallace is going to mix the record again. He is scheduled to start in the next couple of weeks, but everything sounds amazing already. So the record's done, and we can't wait to get out on the road again."
Puddle Of Mudd will hit the road for a week of East Coast dates starting July 18 in Atlantic City, New Jersey in support of Life On Display. The itinerary also includes dates at New York City's Randalls Island with Trapt on July 19 and at the Rolling Rock Town Fair--just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania--on July 26.
Life On Display was produced by John Kurzweig, and it's slated to arrive in stores by September.
