10,000 Maniacs Guitarist Rob Buck In Critical Condition

(12/15/00, 5 p.m. ET) - 10,000 Maniacs guitarist Rob Buck is suffering from an undisclosed disease and is listed in critical but stable condition. Buck's condition had been getting worse over the last few months before he was hospitalized. His whereabouts were not revealed for security reasons. Doctors speculate that Buck's potential recovery is a long-term process.
