Montgomery Gentry Heads Home, Shoots New Video With Charlie Daniels

(8/21/00, 3 p.m. ET) - Montgomery Gentry will head home to Lexington, Kentucky, for a live performance to be shot for use in a future video. The duo's performance Tuesday (August 22) at the Kentucky State Fair will be taped for a video of their next single, "All Night Long," and will feature the song's writer, Charlie Daniels.

"To go home and rock those people is what it's all about," said Troy Gentry. "And to go home with Charlie Daniels is a huge honor for us. We were playing his music coming up in the bars, and having Charlie in the studio with us on his song was awesome. To actually have him come out and play with us at our state fair is the coolest! That's the kind of stuff Eddie and I live for."

Montgomery Gentry will make their debut on the CMA Awards performing "All Night Long" on October 4.
