Powerman 5000 Home Video Coming, Album In The Works

(12/29/00, 1 p.m. ET) - Powerman 5000 is putting the finishing touches on its new home video Backstage And Beyond The Infinite, which arrives in stores February 6. It includes every video clip by the band, backstage footage, and rare glimpses into the early days of Powerman 5000, featuring some MC Spider clips.
Singer-songwriter Spider One and the rest of the boys are working hard during pre-production for the follow-up to Tonight The Stars Revolt! with producer Terry Date. The band starts laying down tracks next month for the still-untitled album, which is due in June.
"Ultra Mega," Powerman's latest single, is featured on the Dracula 2000 soundtrack album. The song is the lead track from the compilation, and Spider directed the accompanying video.
