(10/24/01, 5 p.m. ET) -- Rapper and pop star MC Hammer is doing his part to help the victims of the September 11 terror attacks. Hammer was recently in Washington, D.C., to shoot the video for his new song, "No Stoppin' Us-USA." All of the proceeds from the song and video will go to help those affected by the terror attacks.
While in Washington, Hammer was able to recruit U.S. Representatives J.C. Watts of Oklahoma, Diane Watson of California, Corinne Brown of Florida, and Eddie Bernice Johnson of Texas to make appearances in the video, which was shot near the Reflecting Pool by Capitol Hill. Representative Brown told Time magazine, "All of the members of Congress there were dancing, but some of us really know how to dance." "No Stoppin' Us-USA" will be released to radio and video outlets in the coming weeks.
