(2/21/98) - The 24th Or 25th Annual Village Voice Pazz and Jop Poll (a title as quirky as the publication) has named Bob Dylan's Time Out Of Mind and Hanson's "MMMBop" as the top album and single, respectively. The poll is regarded as the definitive critics' poll of the year's best. The results:
