Good Charlotte Ready For Extensive Spring Tour With New Found Glory

(3/25/03, 10 a.m. ET) -- Good Charlotte and New Found Glory will hit the road for the 2003 Civic tour on April 8 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The road trek wraps June 7 at the Universal Amphitheatre in Los Angeles.
Good Charlotte vocalist Joel Madden said the nearly 50-city tour will be the longest outing either band has ever attempted. "It's gonna be a more extensive tour than I think any of us have been able to do, really, ever," Madden said. "We're gonna hit 50 cities in eight or nine weeks, so it's gonna be really good."
Good Charlotte's next single is "Girls And Boys." The music video for the track was directed by Smith N' Borin, the duo that helmed the band's clip for "The Anthem." The punk rockers are scheduled to perform on NBC's Saturday Night Live on April 5, and they are featured on the April 11 issue of Rolling Stone.
