Bono, Don Henley & Others Contribute Recipes To Bill Clinton Cookbook

(7/21/03, 10 a.m. ET) -- U2 frontman Bono and Don Henley of the Eagles are among the high-profile folks who've contributed recipes to an upcoming cookbook dedicated to former President Bill Clinton.
The Clinton Presidential Center Cookbook: A Collection Of Recipes For Family And Friends features over 250 recipes from stars and political figures, including Muhammad Ali, former Secretary Of State Madeleine Albright, Quincy Jones, Elizabeth Taylor, political adviser James Carville, Barbra Streisand, and Whoopi Goldberg. It also includes Clinton's favorite recipe, for chicken enchiladas, as well as former first lady and current United States Senator Hillary Clinton's recipe for chocolate chip cookies.
The cookbook is being sold by the Clinton Presidential Foundation in Little Rock, Arkansas, which is raising money to build and maintain Clinton's presidential library and center. The minimum suggested contribution for the book is $35.
