Mystikal Starts Own Record Label

(5/29/02, 5 p.m. ET) -- Jive Recording act Mystikal has established Big Truck Records and signed four acts to the label, a spokesperson for the New Orleans-bred artist confirms. Mystikal's first four signings to his label are Maxminelli, Beezy Boy, Dart, and Shonnie.
"The four artists I have on the roster right now are dope," Mystikal told AllHipHop.com. "I'm also looking for about four or five dope producers to sign to the team."
Mystikal's song "Tarantula," featuring Butch Cassidy, is Number 91 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart. Additionally, Mystikal appears on Ludacris's "Move B-tch," featuring Infamous 2.0, which is Number 53.
Mystikal's album, also titled Tarantula, was released in December.
