Sisqo To Hit The Silver Screen In 'Get Over It'

(3/5/01, 3 p.m. ET) -- R&B superstar Sisqo is one of the stars of the new romantic comedy film, Get Over It, which opens nationwide on Friday (March 9). The movie also stars Kirsten Dunst and Ben Foster, and was directed Tommy O'Haver. Sisqo is also currently putting the finishing touches on a new album, Return Of The Dragon, which he hopes to release by the summer.
While many fans anxiously await a new Sisqo album, others are just as interested in a new album from his group Dru Hill. LAUNCH recently asked Haqq Islam, CEO of Dru Hill's University Records label, when the faithful can expect a new album from the Dru crew: "They told me that they're gonna go back in the studio this summer. I know each of them are doing their own thing now, and Sisqo is trying to finish up his album." Dru Hill member Jazz is also set to release his still-untitled solo debut on Def Soul Records on June 26.
