(8/16/02, 12 p.m. ET) -- The song "P--sy Crook" that Mystikal performed Sunday (August 11) at a radio station concert in Irvine, California featured ad libs about the aggravated rape and extortion charges filed against him in July.
The song, which boasts of his sexual prowess, is featured on his album Tarantula which was released in December on Jive Records.
"[Mystikal] performed the song to show people in L.A. that he was still in the same spirit," a spokesperson for the artist told LAUNCH. The song was performed during his set at the event hosted by Los Angeles's KKBT (The Beat).
"Mystikal was ad libbing because of the charges," the spokesperson said, adding that Mystikal was "dealing with hurt" over the accusations made by the woman, who is described as a close family friend.
On July 4, a woman, who claims that that Mystikal threatened and raped her, filed aggravated rape and extortion charges against him. Two of Mystikal's associates were accused of assisting in the alleged rape.
