Ramones Tribute Album Back To December Release Date

(11/6/02, 7 a.m. ET) -- The release date for the long-anticipated Ramones tribute album, featuring the Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, and Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder, has been changed for the third time, only this time the album will actually arrive in stores earlier than previously announced.
We're A Happy Family will now be issued by DV8/Columbia Records on December 24--a previous release date for the project before it was announced late last week that it was to be pushed back to March 18.
The album is the project of Johnny Ramone and Rob Zombie. Others contributing include Metallica, Green Day, Kiss, and Pete Yorn.
