(4/17/00, 12 p.m. ET) - The Mighty Mighty Bosstones are heading out on the road with two new players and will play a few U.S. gigs before their European tour and subsequent stint on the Warped tour. The band has three upcoming U.S. dates scheduled: April 29 in Dallas, Texas; May 21 in Maryland Heights, Mo.; and May 27 in Foxboro, Mass. The band replaced sax player Kevin Lenar with Roman "The Showman" Flysher and replaced guitarist Nate Albert with Lawrence Katz this year. Group leader and singer Dicky Barrett told LAUNCH how things were working out with his new bandmates: "Excellent, exceptional. It was tough to go through, but these guys are really holding it down. They've got huge shoes to fill, but they seem to be doing really nicely." The Mighty Mighty Bosstones head for France on May 31, and they will return from Europe for the Warped tour starting June 24 in Tempe, Ariz. -- Darren Davis, New York
