(5/7/02, 10 a.m. ET) -- Musiq's sophomore album Juslisen hits record stores Tuesday (May 7) on the heels of its debut single "Halfcrazy," which is Number Six on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.
The singer-songwriter, who released his debut Aijuswanseing in 2000, recently told LAUNCH why he titled his latest album Juslisen. "It's a pet peeve of mine whenever music is playing for someone--whether I'm playing it for someone or whether someone else is playing for someone else--I just feel as though, out of respect, you should just take the time out and just listen," he said.
Juslisen also includes the song "Ifiwouldaknew" which is a remix to Aijuswanaseing's "Girlnextdoor." Musiq is scheduled to tape the video for "Dontchange" in Los Angeles on May 16 and 17. Additionally, Musiq and Cee-Lo are currently on tour.
