(9/8/03, 10 a.m. ET) -- Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, which is now made up of Layzie Bone, Krayzie Bone, and Wish Bone, are currently making the rounds in search of a new contract. Former group member Bizzy Bone has left the group again while founding member Flesh-N-Bone is serving an 11 year prison sentence.
Bone is looking for a recording home after parting ways with Ruthless Records which was distributed by Epic Records, according to Allhiphop.com.
Krayzie Bone told Allhiphop.com, "Most of the time we were on Ruthless, we were unhappy. We said we would do one more album with them and if they didn't market it and promote it, it would be the end of our careers. If Eazy-E were still alive, our careers and Ruthless would have taken a whole different direction."
Krayzie Bone also said that the group reached the point where they were fed up with Eazy-E's widow Tomika Woods-Wright, who has owned and operated Ruthless Records since her husband's death in 1995, saying, "She had our solo deals, she had this and that. If we got deals for it she woulda got broke off. We was at the point where we wasn't trying to pay this bitch for sh-t she didn't do."
Woods-Wright eventually agreed to release the group from its contract. Bone has already recorded 30 songs for a new untitled album.
