As LAUNCH's resident punk/ ska nut, I have to say that you guys have no idea what you're missing if you don't explore this fun and wacky genre. All those years spent in high-school band stuck behind an uncool and unwieldy horn dreaming of an electric guitar have now come to pay us back in spades. Sax, trombone, and trumpet are all here! Sure, the singer and guitar player get their credits listed first, and when one listens to Buck-O-Nine the first thing one notices is how the singer sounds like a snotty and smart British new-wave hero circa 1977 and the goofy horns are a distant second, but it's still progress. Besides, all the songs--which are instantly catchy and not ANYWHERE NEAR AS ANNOYING AS I ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED--are credited to the whole band. Just the way socialism always planned it! You got a problem with this? Then I suggest you ponder what life would have been like as a member of Chicago. Now there was a band who knew how to make horns "suck."
