Revisited serves as a best-of collection for the pre-disco version of Dr. Hook. The set includes their two (so far) radio hits, "Sylvia's Mother" and "Cover of the Rolling Stone," accompanied by several of their comedic tunes like "Freakin' at the Freaker's Ball." Still a few years away from "A Little Bit More" and "Sharing the Night Together," the band was concentrating more on humor than love songs. ~ Michael B. Smith, All Music Guide
