Kelly Clarkson And Justin Guarini: Like 'Brother And Sister'

(3/3/03, 12 p.m. ET) -- Last year's American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson denies rumors that she and runner up Justin Guarini are dating.
"We're like brother and sister," Clarkson told VH1.
That being said, the two do play a couple in their upcoming movie, From Justin To Kelly, a love story that Clarkson describes as "Grease on the beach."
First, "It's not an American Idol film," said Clarkson. "It has nothing to do with American Idol. The only thing that does is that [our] names are in the title, and our characters in the movie are named that, but my character is nothing like me...And it's not about us trying to make it in the business or anything."
Guarini and Clarkson sing seven new songs in the movie, in addition to a remake of KC & the Sunshine Band's disco classic "That's The Way (I Like It)."
From Justin To Kelly was filmed over the course of six weeks, with producers hoping for a release date of April 25. Clarkson's untitled debut album is scheduled for release April 15.
