The posters for science lectures at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill are seriously starting to resemble the one-of-a-kind concert posters made by Aesthetic Apparatus that are favored by indie-rock bands. Boing Boing pointed our attention to the fact that Mark Roth will be jamming on Metabolic Flexibility and Suspended Animation on January 25th. The main tip-off the folks in attendance will be bring along their laptops rather than salvia: start time is 4 p.m. And that is how you tell a rock concert from a science lecture.
