Insane Clown Posse's annual Gathering of the Juggalos festival has earned a bad rep in recent years, partially because the hip-hop duo's loyal fans have a tendency to physically destroy any performers they find objectionable. Last year, Tila Tequila endured the wrath of the group's notoriously boisterous followers, and was pelted with rocks, "beer cans, Faygo containers, Stryofoam cups, liquor bottles, cigarettes, mustard, half a lemon, a pizza slice, a pearl bracelet, a pudding cup, an unopened can of ICP's self-branded energy drink Spazmatic, part of a watermelon allegedly soaked in feces and urine, a clothed baby doll, a mini Mag Lite, [and] a bag of chicken tenderloin," according to the Village Voice's must-read report from the scene.

This year's Gathering, which takes place August 11 through 14th in Illinois, features two potential targets: MC Charlie Sheen (who will be emceeing and hopefully not actually MCing) and Bobby Brown. The Posse's Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope tell Billboard they're confident neither will be harmed. "My personal thinking is if everybody's making fun of Charlie Sheen, he's welcome with us. He can speak his mind, say what he wants to say and I don't think anybody's gonna make fun of him," Violent J said, demonstrating some of the dodgiest logic we've ever heard -- are these guys unaware that making fun of Tila Tequila is actually a national pastime?

In an effort to protect Brown, ICP are putting him on his own stage. "He's not going on before anybody else and there's not anybody going on after him. Therefore you're not forced to watch Bobby Brown, so the people who show up will want to see him and won't boo him," Violent J explained. "You'll have to be missing something else to boo Bobby Brown off." Because Juggalos would never go out of their way to wreak havoc, right? Do these guys think watermelons just soak themselves in urine? Good luck, Charlie and Bobby. Bring a poncho!
