"The Boss" Rick Ross does no wrong in my book. He kept theaudience on its feet during his performance at the BET Hip Hop Awards whichaired Tuesday night.

DJ Khaled and Diddy joined him on stage as he delivered hits"B.M.F. (Blowin' Money Fast)" and "Mc Hammer" from his album "Teflon Don."

The set escalated after his abbreviated rendition of "MCHammer." At the 3:50 mark in the video, Ross declared "I'm MC Hammer, we aboutcream." He continued the verse that made references to Hammer catchphrases "toolegit to quit" and "Hammer time."

Those lyrics cued a surprise "2 Legit 2 Quit' performance fromthe '90s superstar and stage full of background dancers dressed inMarine-styled costumes. The 48-year-old entertainer dances as well as he did 20years ago.

The audience went crazy. The camera even caught Gucci Manesinging the chorus to the song.

I should have seen this coming last July when I first heard"MC Hammer" on Ross' "Teflon Don". Good stuff.
