The 6 Most Awesome Outfits Seen Friday at Electric Daisy Carnival in Vegas

Maximum Performance

Over 100,000 partygoers gathered in Las Vegas for the first night of the 17th Annual 2013 Electric Daisy Carnival and there was no shortage of creative costuming everywhere you looked.

For the first time ever, the sold-out crowd was able to get married with non-legal commitment ceremonies at the festival’s own wedding chapel.

The event's production budget exceeds $35 million and this year’s Kinetic Field stage also featured a 100-foot tall owl with animated wings surrounded by towering mushrooms and whimsical daisies.

Highlights of the first night included sets by Armin van Buuren, Afrojack, and Nicky Romero.

But back to the outfits … here are just some of the craziest looks we saw on Day 1 of EDC Vegas, 2013.
