On Halloween, Adam Lambert hosted a Ciroc-sponsored fright-night fête at West Hollywood's Bootsy Bellows nightclub, for an allstar costumed crowd that included Miley Cyrus, Azealia Banks, Kelly Osbourne, and Carmen Electra. Among the performers were Sam Sparro, Bonnie McKee, and "RuPaul's Drag Race" Season 3 winner Raja, but the real standout of the night may have been stunning torch singer Ivy Levan.

Taking the stage in spear-stabbed black leather and a wild, architectural up-do, the Arkansas-bred chanteuse brought new meaning to the phrase "Southern Gothic" on Halloween night, wowing the clubbers — including Lambert, grooving sidestage — with her swampy stomp-pop and killer (no pun intended) pipes. Her performance hit the sweet spot between Ronnie Spector and Portishead's Beth Gibbons, but in the end she truly came across as one of a kind.

Ivy is about to blow up (who knows, maybe people will be dressing up as her for Halloween next year), so check out some of her music from her fittingly titled EP Introducing the Dame, and get in the know.
