Yahoo Music crashed the dress rehearsals for "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest" and grabbed some time with our favorite stars performing at this year's festivities! One person we absolutely had to corner was the ever-dapper Robin Thicke, who is responsible for this year's biggest hit, the Grammy-nominated song "Blurred Lines."
Clad in yet another impressive suit (as if we ever doubted him), Robin Thicke told us his infamous black and white striped VMAs suit is "tucked away in case I need money someday." But the way his sexy single performed this year, we think Thicke won't be needing extra cash for a good long time.
As of mid-December, "Blurred Lines" sold a massive 6,380,000 copies, just a few 100k behind 2012's smash hit "Somebody That I Used To Know" by Gotye featuring Kimbra. But the year isn't over yet!
Another reason to love Robin Thicke? The singer was fighting a cold the day of rehearsals, but still looked great, sounded great and was kind enough to still take some time out to chat. A true gentleman in our book!
"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest" begins at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and will feature performances from Robin Thicke, Jennifer Hudson, Enrique Iglesias, Blondie, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Miley Cyrus, and more.
