Rico Love

Rico Love has produced songs for Beyoncé ("Sweet Dreams"), Usher ("There Goes My Baby") and French Montana ("Ain't Worried About Nothin'") but now it's his time for solo shine.

After releasing "Discrete Luxury" EP and hip-hop "El Presidente" mixtape last year, Rico Love is enjoying the positive response to his thumping, syncopated-beat-driven ballad "They Don't Know."

His repertoire and last name made him an ideal candidate for our Valentines-themed POPsessions Q&A. Boy, does he deliver. His first crush was a member of a 1990's R&B girl group. He insists that he'll dance to hip-hop first at his wedding, and he's found a Valentine's vacation spot better than the city of love. Yes, he's talking Paris.

Check out his video above to see his responses to our Valentine's questionnaire.
