Yoko Ono busts a move in "Bad Dancer"

Yoko Ono is a polarizing pop figure who has been fighting off haters since she first hooked up with John Lennon and supposedly "broke up the Beatles" more than four decades ago. But here's something everyone can agree on: the avant octogenarian's "Bad Dancer" just may be the greatest music video of those past four decades.

"I'm a bad dancer with no regrets," a top-hatted, surprisingly leggy Yoko gleefully declares in her bizarrely addictive new clip. And why should she have regrets? At age 80 (!), she gets to spit rhymes on a funky-fresh rap track (co-written with the Beastie Boys' Mike D and Ad-Rock) and invite a bunch of her hipster friends to come bust a move in some tinfoil-plastered Brooklyn bunker.

The only "regrets" here will be on the part of anyone who doesn't watch "Bad Dancer" from beginning to end:

In the video, for a song off Yoko's recently released Plastic Ono Band album, "Take Me to the Land of Hell," the aforementioned Beasties — along with the Roots' ?uestlove, R&B legend Roberta Flack, comedian Reggie Watts, public radio host Ira Glass, and members of Cibo Matto, Deerhoof, and Das Racist — all come together for the most random and possibly most awesome dance party of all time. A lot of (you guessed it) bad dancing ensues. But it's the so-bad-it's-good kind of bad dancing. The GIFs practically create themselves.

"These are creative people and they have unique movements. They don't move like other people do," Yoko told Rolling Stone in quite possibly the understatement of the century. "'Bad Dancer' is a comedy, really, and I wanted this to be fun, not too serious."

Mission accomplished, Yoko.
