Hear Jennifer Nettles Take On Hank Sr. Classic In Pepsi Max Commercial

Sure, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton grabbed the spotlight at Super Bowl XLVI with their sweet pregame duet of "America The Beautiful"...but did you manage to catch another little bit of country music during the telecast? This one wasn't on the field, but rather the other part of the Super Bowl that everyone looks forward to--the commercials!

If you caught the spot for Pepsi Max, which featured (among lots of other things) a cameo from famed talk host Regis Philbin, you probably heard a country classic being played in the intro. It was none other than Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles, who recorded a version of Hank Williams Sr.'s "Your Cheatin' Heart" just for the commercial.

Alas, Nettles is not actually seen in the commercial; all we hear is her vocals. But the clip is pretty funny and worth watching anyway: A Coke driver attempts to sneak in a store and commit the ultimate sin--that is, buy a Pepsi product on the sly. Of course, he doesn't get away with it. Watch for yourselves!

Nettles' version of the tune unfortunately doesn't appear to be available for sale. However, Sugarland's new song, "Guide Me Home," is a featured track on the upcoming Act Of Valor soundtrack, which will be released later this month and can be preordered here.

What do you think of Jennifer's take on Hank Sr.'s classic? Be sure to let me know!
