Great Musical Moments In Reality TV: Jeffrey Osborne Sings On ‘The Bachelor’

It was bad enough that this season of The Bachelor, featuring boring automatic pilot Jake, was cheesily subtitled On The Wings Of Love. And it was bad enough that on last night's Bachelor finale, Jake rejected Disney-heroine-esque Tenley, with whom he shared the "same morals and values," in favor of America's least wanted (but apparently Jake's most wanted) bachelorette Vienna, with whom he apparently shared more "heat."

But then, on the awkward After The Finale Rose episode (during which Jake gave Tenley another "it's-not-you-it's-me-let's-still be friends" pity speech, and Vienna and Jake professed their undying love to an unconvinced and unimpressed studio audience), '80s soul singer Jeffrey Osborne warbled this season's titular theme song. And during Jeffrey's performance, Vienna tried to help Jake practice a slow-dance routine for his upcoming stint on Dancing With The Stars.

And the show got even more awkward:

So how come the surviving members of the Clash didn't perform on the finale for season 12, The Bachelor: London Calling, huh?
