Watch the Entire ‘X Factor’ Top 3 Press Conference

"The X Factor" judges and top three finalists Chris Rene, Josh Krajcik, and Melanie Amaro held a press conference on the "X" stage Monday afternoon, during which self-admittedly "cocky" show honcho Simon Cowell claimed this Thursday's Season 1 finale "will be the greatest final we have ever been in." That remains to be seen--other than Justin Bieber, Pitbull, and Ne-Yo, Simon would not reveal any other musical guests, though he did tease that each finalist will duet with a surprise superstar on Wednesday. But Monday's press conference was entertaining in its own way.

Among the highlights were Simon realizing he might have been "too British" and too "cocky" for American audiences; the judges revealing their least favorite performances of the season (no one seemed to be a fan of poor Josh's "Dirty Diana," while Josh was not a fan of having to dress up like a circus clown for one cringeworthy group number); Melanie jokingly claiming she could do a better performance of "Young Homie" than Chris; "X Factor" correspondent Courtney Pants awkwardly auditioning to be Steve Jones's co-host; and Paula Abdul suggesting that next season, the judges mentor across categories (one boy, one girl, one over-30, and one group apiece), so that the singing groups might have a more equal shot.

And at the end of it all, the final three contestants drew cards to determine this Wednesday's all-important performance order. Watch the entire press conference below, before this Wednesday's big event!
