"I do whatever I want," Beyoncé belted on stage in Belgium Wednesday night, referencing a lyric from her new single "Grown Woman."

And she means it. Doctors had the superstar cancel a Tuesday concert in Antwerp to treat exhaustion and dehydration, and also advised that she cancel Wednesday's show. She refused.

"Now, my doctors told me not to perform tonight, but there was no way in the world. I just have to say that y'all give me so much inspiration," she told ticket holders inside Antwerp's Sportpaleis.

"I feel so good to be on this stage. I have the best fans in the world," she added, before singing a fan-favorite track "Flaws And All." She finished the performance in tears of gratitude.

The cancellation was unprecedented as Beyoncé told it, apologizing on her Tumblr. The missed date came on the heels of a report that Bey, 31, and her husband, Jay-Z, are expecting their second child.

While the singer didn't address that on stage, she looked every inch a diva in fighting shape (and, clicking through fan-uploaded YouTube clips from Antwerp, omg! can confirm her tummy is as flat as ever).

Her world tour, "The Mrs. Carter Show," continues its European leg and arrives stateside on June 28, kicking off in Los Angeles. Only time will tell if another little Carter will be joining in on the fun.
