Beyoncé must have been more than a little peckish when she reportedly purchased a massive amount of fried chicken from a popular chain in England over the weekend. The pop star had just finished her headlining set at the V Festival in Hylands Park (about an hour outside of London) on Saturday night when the order was placed at Nando's "casual dining" restaurant in Chelmsford.

The take-out order was made over the phone and included 58 wing platters, 48 whole chickens, 12 veggie burgers, 24 coleslaws and 24 rice dishes, totaling £1,444.10 (about $2,200) reports the Daily Mail

Okay, so perhaps this isn't too shocking. After all, stars are human too. Even if one has access to the finest four-star restaurants on earth, who can resist a yummy fast-food order now and again?

However, what is truly surprising: The singer apparently used her real name for the order. "Beyonce K" was listed on the receipt!

Given that most stars go out of their way to create crazy aliases in order to protect their privacy...and, ew, let's not even think about what a vengeful worker might decide do to a celeb's takeout order...this was a pretty daring (or thoughtless?) move on her part.

Luckily for Bey, it seems that the Nando's crew are all fans, so she can skip picking up any Pepto-Bismol at the chemist. In fact, the staff happily took to Twitter to express their excitement at the star's order. Nando's employee Helen Cable tweeted, "Too excited that Beyoncé is ordering a Nandos from us ?? if only she would pick it up herself!" Someone also posted a copy of the detailed receipt online.

Nando's Chelmsford manager confirmed that it was in fact a member of Beyoncé's entourage who placed the order.

This apparently isn't the first time Queen Bey has feasted at Nando's. She also bought around £800 (approximately $1,250) worth of food at the chain's Dublin branch earlier this year.

Beyoncé is currently in the midst of her "Mrs. Carter Show" world tour, which hits Philadelphia on August 31 before the Latin American leg kicks off in Brazil on September 8.
