If you've listened to Kanye West's new album, Yeezus, you know that he's stripped down his music to a minimalistic approach on much of the set. The same can be said of the clip for "Black Skinhead," the first video released in support of the album.

In the stark black-and-white clip, 'Ye appears shirtless and ripped, wearing nothing but a huge gold chain and his "leather black jeans," hopping around like a boxer ready to jump into the ring. Aside from some brief shots of wolves and someone dressed as a weird sci-fi creature, it's all Kanye, all the time. The clip does a good job capturing the energy of the track, with 'Ye bouncing wildly to the beats.

You can watch it here.

The video was posted on Kanye's official site on Monday night, but was later pulled in favor of a photo announcing his deal with APC jeans, leading some to speculate the clip may not be finished.

As of this writing, it has yet to show up on YouTube and that's OK with Kanye, since he's no fan of the video website. "[I hate YouTube because] the player is so ugly, and it’s presented in such a terrible manner," he said last month during a listening party for Yeezus at the Art Basel fair in Switzerland. "I want everything I do to be presented in an art context, as this is a form of sonic art."

Kanye, we feel you. With the "Black Skinhead" clip, he's managed to create some impressive sonic and visual art. Wonder what Lou Reed thinks?
