A history of Lisa Robin Kelly’s legal problems

Lisa Robin Kelly has managed to stay in the news after "That '70s Show" – but not because of more TV roles.

The 43-year-old actress (best known for playing Laurie Forman, Eric's older sister, for five seasons on the Fox sitcom) was arrested over the weekend for a possible DUI. According to TMZ, on Saturday Kelly was blocking a lane of traffic on California Interstate 5, and police took her in after she failed a sobriety test. This is the fourth time Kelly has been arrested in three years.

The first time the actress was nabbed by the cops was also for a DUI, when she was pulled over in August 2010 in North Carolina. Three months later she pleaded guilty and got a fine and 12 months of probation.

Then in March 2012, Kelly was arrested after her ex-boyfriend claimed she had assaulted him. After she publicly stated he had actually assaulted her, the Los Angeles County district attorney declined to file charges.

In November, Kelly was nabbed for another scuffle with a partner. She and her 61-year-old husband, Robert Joseph Gilliam, were both charged with assault (but released on bail) after police responded to a disturbance at their home.

The troubled star told ABC last year that she started drinking after she had a miscarriage while working on "That '70s Show."

“I had lost a baby,” she said. “As a result of that I lost it. I lost everything and I was abusing alcohol."

Kelly left the show in 2003 and was replaced by actress Christina Moore.
