Prince William Channels Batman as Kate Middleton Laughs

Is that you, Batman?

Prince William commandeers lifesaving missions as a search and rescue pilot in the Royal Air Force, but when he channeled comic book hero Batman during a visit to Warner Bros. Studios in Leavesden, England, on April 26, one woman couldn't take him seriously.

Kate Middleton let out a hearty chuckle when her main squeeze straddled the Batpod, the tricked-out motorcycle worth an estimated $1.5 million, from the "Dark Knight" trilogy.

The soon-to-be dad, 30, appeared positively gleeful on the fancy set of wheels. Meanwhile, the Duchess of Cambridge, who is six-months pregnant, looked on lovingly as her hubby played out his superhero fantasy.

"To be honest, I'm over the moon just to have seen the real Batmobile and Batpod," Prince William exclaimed during a speech at the studio. "You don't have baby seats for those cars, do you, by any chance?"

But Will wasn't the only royal who was enamored with the bat-tastic memorabilia. Prince Harry was spotted eying the Batsuit worn by Christian Bale.

The royal trio spent the day with 500 children at the famous studios, which were also the film location for the "Harry Potter" franchise, to mark Warner Bros. investment in the United Kingdom's film community.

As the head of BAFTA, you'd think William could contain his excitement during such an important visit.

It just goes to show, no matter the age or the royal pedigree, fanboys will still be fanboys.
