Classic Rock Songs Inspired by Alice In Wonderland

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was first published 145 years ago by Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll. It would be impossible to quantify how influential the stories of Alice have become across the world since they were first published. But one thing is for certain -- they've inspired untold related works as crafted by writers, artists, filmmakers and musicians across multiple generations and this trend shows no sign of slowing down. However, I always get nervous when I hear that Hollywood is mucking around with a classic tale. After all, many classics cannot be improved upon and sometimes a remake ends up being a complete disaster (I'm looking at you Charlie and the Chocolate Factory). It seems the public disagrees with me though. Tim Burton's new adaptation of Alice In Wonderland, which stars Johnny Depp, Mia Wasikowska, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter and Crispin Glover has pulled in HUGE numbers at the box office and can now be referred to as a genuine blockbuster.

Many songs have been inspired by the work of Lewis Carroll and for this playlist I have chosen 10 classic rock songs inspired by the tales of Alice.
