Elvis Costello Side Projects

I'm a huge Elvis Costello Fan. I have his classic albums and his not-so-classic ones. I have his wife's albums. I have albums by other artists on which he appears. I have his glasses. He's at the top of my "musicians to have a beer with" list.

Elvis Costello's seemingly unending number of creative musical ideas and ability to perfectly fuse the technically advanced with the pop hook are astounding. This talent has earned Elvis membership in a small and exclusive club of musicians who are not only critically acclaimed across the board, but who are also commercially successful. He's living proof that you can have both if you're good enough.

If you're an Elvis Costello fan as I am, you'll appreciate this playlist. It includes a CD's worth of songs where he's lent his talents as a sideman, combined forces with other artists, or recorded a song for a soundtrack.

This playlist only scratches the surface, so please add your favorite Elvis Costello side projects to the comments.
