Andrew Wyatt Serenades the City in 'And Septimus ...' – Premiere

Andrew Wyatt, frontman of the Swedish electro-pop trio Miike Snow, stepped out on his own last month with the solo debut Descender, which yields a new video for his single "And Septimus ..." In the video, Wyatt decides to explore the city and interrupt everybody he encounters – including two women having coffee and a group of seedy characters day-drinking. He carries around a mic and casually sings throughout his journey until the surprisingly long electrical cord reaches its end. One of the most memorable moments in the video comes when Wyatt jumps off a balcony and disappears into the abyss.

"It was about 15 feet up and I was to land on one of those inflatable stunt cushions," Wyatt tells Rolling Stone. "The stunt coordinator in demoing the fall actually messed up, flipped back and hit his head on the abutting wall. Coming up the stairs and covering his fuck-up, he said in Spanish, 'I was showing you how not to do it.' Ha! Very reassuring."
