Steely Dan's Donald Fagen will play with the Cabin Down Below Band all night at this year's Dylan Fest, set for May 24th and 25th at Irving Plaza in New York City.

Now in its 10th year, the fest brings together a slew of musicians to celebrate and play the music of Bob Dylan. This year's guests include the Whigs, Boz Scaggs, the Strokes' Fabrizio Moretti, Adam Green, Ryan Miller of Guster, Taylor and Griffin Goldsmith of Dawes, Cory Chisel, Nicole Atkins, Justin Long, Saturday Night Live cast member Jason Sudeikis and alumn Will Forte, and many more.

"There are very few artists that wouldn't list Bob Dylan as a major influence," says Chisel. "Time Out of Mind remains one of the single most important pieces of art in my life. The fests are the highlight of my year."

Dylan Fest 2012 is presented by WFUV and organized by the same group of musicians that puts together Petty Fest, in honor of Tom Petty. This year's show will also feature a special tribute to the Band's drummer, Levon Helm, who passed away in April. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Amnesty International.
