Justin Bieber's Arrest Report: 'I Ain't Got No F---ing Weapons!'

"Why the fuck are you doing this to me?" Justin Bieber asked Officer Fulgencio Medina during his arrest this morning. According to the pop star's official arrest report, as tweeted by the Miami Beach Police Department, Bieber was surly and visibly intoxicated when police pulled him over. (The Miami Herald reported Officer Medina's full name, which was not included in the arrest report.)

Beiber was arrested at 4:19 a.m. this morning when Miami Beach police spotted his car – a yellow Lamborghini – drag-racing a red Ferrari in a residential area. The report states that Bieber was arrested for resisting arrest without violence, driving under the influence and driving with an expired license, which had been issued by the state of Georgia. While the report said the police spotted indications of being under the influence of alcohol, it also said it was unknown whether he was under the influence of drugs. Another police report identified the man Beiber was racing to be 19-year-old Khalil Amir Sharieff, the R&B singer and former Def Jam recording artist who goes by Khalil.

"I immediately smelled the odor of alcohol emanating from the driver's breath," wrote Medina, who also noted Bieber's "bloodshot eyes." The policeman said Bieber was making "slow, deliberate" movements and had a "stupor look on his face."

When the officer asked the 19-year-old to exit the yellow Lamborghini, Bieber protested and put his hands in his pockets. Because the officer feared the pop star might have a weapon, he asked him to put his hands on the car so he could frisk him. "What the fuck did I do? Why did you stop me?" Bieber asked.

The pop star complied and put his hands on the vehicle, but then turned around. "I ain't got no fucking weapons," he said. "Why do you have to search me? What the fuck is this about?"

Officer Medina informed Bieber that if he continued to take his hands off the car, he would arrest him. Bieber turned around again, so Medina grabbed his right hand and told him he was under arrest. The pop star resisted and pulled his hand away. "What the fuck are you doing?" he asked again. Medina then called over an Officer Molina and placed him into custody.

On the ride to the police station, another police officer informed Bieber that he was suspected of driving while impaired. Bieber said he was not drunk and that he had been recording music. Upon arriving at the police station, he submitted to a Breathalyzer test.

The report said that the arrest occurred after another police officer, this one named Cosner, spotted two sports cars on a residential block. Two black SUVs looked as though they had been parked to stop traffic, so the sports cars could race. The officer said both cars reached speeds of 55 to 60 miles per hour in a 30 mile-per-hour zone. Officer Medina responded to the original officer's request for backup.

The Miami Beach Police Department tweeted Beiber's arrest report and mugshot just before 11 a.m. EST. They used the hashtags #MUGSHOT and #ARRESTREPORT in their tweets. Read the report in three parts, here, here and here.

Update: Justin Bieber's bond was set at $2,500 by Judge Joseph P. Farina of Miami-Dade County, Florida around 1 p.m. EST today, following his arrest earlier. Bieber, who was wearing a standard-issue orange V-neck prison jumpsuit with rolled-up sleeves, appeared before the judge via closed-circuit TV from a sheriff's office. The bond broke down to $1,000 for driving under the influence, $1,000 for resisting arrest without violence and $500 for driving with an expired license.
