Music of Your Life, Inc. Enters into a $1-Million Equity Purchase Agreement with Kodiak Capital, LLC

The Longest Running Syndicated Music Radio Network to Expand Into the Streaming Subscription Business

LAS VEGAS, NV / ACCESSWIRE / July 27, 2015 / Music of Your Life, Inc. (MYLI) ("Music") today announced it has entered into a common stock purchase agreement with Kodiak Capital Group, LLC, a Newport Beach, California based institutional investor, for $1-million. Music has agreed to file a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission covering the shares that may be issued to Kodiak under the terms of the stock purchase agreement. Once the SEC has approved the registration statement, Music will have the right at its discretion, to sell up to $1-million worth of common stock over a one year period.

Proceeds of this transaction will be used to continue the build-out of Music of Your Life's subscription based iRadio music player system by adding additional streams of celebrity hosted channels, from rock to pop, jazz to country, all following the company's "Where the Stars Play the Stars" motto, which it has employed since inception, 37 years ago.
