Lynn Anderson, the country singer behind "(I Never Promised You a) Rose Garden," died on Thursday, Us Weekly reports. She was 67.

According to her rep, Anderson passed away from cardiac arrest at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

Anderson began her career in the 1960s, releasing a string of successful singles, including "If I Kiss You (Will You Go Away) and "That's a No-No," along with appearances on The Lawrence Welk Show. However, it wasn't until she released "Rose Garden" that she became a bonafide star, winning a Grammy and Country Music Award for the song in 1971.
