Taylor Swift Deems Vance Joy's Cover of 'I Know Places' Her Favorite

Taylor Swift and her 1989 tour mate, Vance Joy, are off to a good start.

The 27-year-old "Riptide" singer covered Swift's "I Know Places" to the delight of the artist herself. "There have been so many amazing covers of 1989 songs," she wrote on Tuesday, attaching Joy's cover to her tweet. "I'm going to be bold enough to say this one is my favorite."

Swift kicked off her 1989 world tour in Tokyo on Tuesday and Joy, 27, is set to join the North American leg which begins in Bossier, La.
