Kanye West sat down with SHOWStudio's Lou Stoppard this morning for a live and uncut interview where he talked extensively about his career in the fashion world and everything going on in his life right now. Kanye's talk about his music wasn't as extensive, but he did mention that he believes Yeezus and 808s & Heartbreak were better albums than My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy because it was an apology album and not as groundbreaking as the other two.

As far as his life in the spotlight with Kim Kardashian and their daughter, North West, Kanye said that he doesn't view anything they do as a negative because he thinks they're doing a lot of positive things with their lives. Kanye also said that he's definitely going to run for President, and that he talked about it a lot with his team in the past five years, though he doesn't have all the answers to the details of his potential campaign right now.

Kanye didn't give many updates on his new album, or his music in general, but he did say that something new surrounding the G.O.O.D Music Cruel Summer album will be coming out in the near future, though he didn't go into any details.

Check out the live stream of the interview above, and check back for highlights of the conversation once it's wrapped up.
